SYDNEY SWEENEY FOLLOWS A STRICT FARTING ROUTE TO STAY IN SHAPE


In a recent FUX NEWS interview, actress and model Sydney Sweeney has shared her secret to staying in shape: “A lot of people take farting for granted, you know we go through our day and just fart whenever we want. What they don’t realize is that you could be burning calories while holding farts. On top of that, releasing a held fart, burns more calories than releasing it early. And so you’re actually burn twice as much calories by first holding in the fart, then releasing it as it builds up. In my strict regiment, I hold ALL farts throughout the day, and I only release them in my special fart room between 6 and 7 PM. We can discuss the skincare benefits of hotboxing on your farts at another time. Bottom line is, letting your farts go any time you want is a skill issue.
