According to FUX NEWS, Nicholas Cage is set to star in a new silent black and white film directed by Michael Bay, called “The Cage”. In the movie, Nicholas Cage plays himself, trapped in a large bird cage. The movie which has a run time of 3 hours and 20 minutes is a silent exploration of an actor’s identity and struggle with fame and fortune. The movie which premiered at the Sundance Festival to a 10 minute standing ovation, is filmed in one continuous shot, keeping the audience glued to the screen as Nick Cage attemts to escape the Cage and goes through a wide range of emotions.
