“We would like request that all individuals in possession of an Ice Barbie that’s been converted into a Kristi Noem voodoo doll please immediately cease all voodoo activity upon said doll. Please do not throw away or dispose of this doll in any fashion as it may inflict further harm upon Kristi Noem. Please contact DHS or Mattel directly to request a secure package to be mailed to your home address, which you can use to return the voodoo doll to our team of trained witch doctors for de-hexing.
