-due to malfunction in the EMP containment cell, the subject has escaped containment.

Current whereabouts are unknown but we can follow the path of destruction, specifically based on subjects affinity for lactose based products. C.I.R.A.C forces are being dispatched to the milk distribution facility North-East of the lab.

-M.O.N.C.H. task force has been assembled and 24/7 war room is in effect.
